Story Martial Arts Preston offers a variety of classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. We pride ourselves on our team culture, no meat heads and no egos,  Story Martial Arts is all about learning martial arts in a fun and beginner friendly environment.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are a great way to improve your physical fitness and learn self-defence techniques. Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Join and experience the benefits of BJJ training firsthand!

Kickboxing

Kickboxing in Preston is a high calorie burning and fun way to get fit and healthy. It burns calories, builds camaraderie and establishes community. Kickboxing students learn effective punching and kicking combinations in a fun and fast paced environment suitable for beginners and all ages.

Kids BJJ

Kids BJJ classes are designed to teach children the basics of BJJ in a safe and fun environment. Through training, kids develop self-confidence, discipline, and physical fitness while learning valuable self-defense skills.

Kids Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and Olympic Sport that focusses on punching, kicking and self defence techniques. Taekwondo students learn to work as a team, make new friends and sweat while learning a dynamic set of martial arts skills.

In our Modern Taekwondo program we have done away with pre-choreographed routines and replaced it with real applicable skills from kickboxing, boxing and wrestling.
