Our Classes

Kickboxing
Kickboxing in Preston is a high calorie burning and fun way to get fit and healthy. It burns calories, builds camaraderie and establishes community. Kickboxing students learn effective punching and kicking combinations in a fun and fast paced environment suitable for beginners and all ages.
Kids Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and Olympic Sport that focusses on punching, kicking and self defence techniques. Taekwondo students learn to work as a team, make new friends and sweat while learning a dynamic set of martial arts skills.

In our Modern Taekwondo program we have done away with pre-choreographed routines and replaced it with real applicable skills from kickboxing, boxing and wrestling.
