Make The Walk is a 6 Week intro to Combat Sports Program that teaches you the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and MMA — with expert coaching, a flexible schedule, and a community that welcomes beginners.

Schedule
Kickboxing - Tuesday and Thursday 6pm
​
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Tuesday/Wednesday Thursday 6:45pm
​
MMA - Wednesday - 6pm
​
BJJ - Saturday 10:15am
💡 What You’ll Be Learning:

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
Learn how to control, escape, and submit opponents using leverage and technique — no striking involved. Great for confidence, problem-solving, and self-defense.

Kickboxing
Improve your fitness, coordination, and striking technique with dynamic full-body workouts. You’ll learn punches, kicks, movement, and pad work in a safe setting.

MMA Fundamentals
Get a taste of how it all comes together. Build the foundations of mixed martial arts with drills that combine striking, wrestling, and ground control — at your own pace.
